MEAT

Meat from the Traditional breeds of pig,sheep and cattle, are by far the tastiest you could wish for. Our own pigs are usually taken from their mothers at eight weeks of age to go to specialist fattening units of traditional breed animals.In turn these units supply specialist butchers with non intensively farmed stock that have been allowed to grow and mature ,producing high quality meat. Small size litters are kept back at Broad Oak to supply friends and a local farm shop.
